I'm a student pursuing my Phd at Colorado State University. I work in the field of soil ecology, and study oribatid mites and their impacts on ecosystem processes (specifically nutrient cycling) and what impacts their biodiversity has on these processes.
I earned my bachelors and masters degrees from McGill University in Montreal, and my masters thesis dealt with community ecology of oribatid mites, focusing on the effects of tree species identity in the aboveground component of forest systems and the depth of litter on oribatid communities.
